helpful staff prepared room elegant decor
the staff was helpful and friendly. the room was beautifully prepared with some romantic touches. everything about my stay was really good, including the elegant decor and the thoughtful service.

the staff was friendly, and the cleaning was done everyday.
our air CONDITIONING leaked, and it could not be fixed. the gym was also pretty bad.

Acceptable, but disappointing
food quality expensive sunbeds
The daily cleaning was fine. I had no issues with it.
The food quality bothered me. I felt that the buffet options seemed repetitive. The taste was not great (it was really not good overall) and seemed like leftovers were being re-served. The beach sunbeds also cost extra, which I found unreasonable.
